Renewing CRASHLIGHT®
CRASHLIGHT® will not auto-renew in iOS. If you would like to re-subscribe to CRASHLIGHT® once your subscription period ends, you can do so on the ESR app by following the steps listed in our help article How to subscribe to CRASHLIGHT®.
Canceling CRASHLIGHT®
- Launch the Settings app on your iOS device
- Tap on your Apple ID card (at the top of Settings)
- Tap Subscriptions
- Tap on your ESR App Subscription
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Android users
Renewing CRASHLIGHT®
CRASHLIGHT® will auto-renew on Google Play unless you cancel your subscription. There is no need to take any action to manually renew your subscription. If you have canceled your subscription and would like to resubscribe, please follow the instructions in our article How to subscribe to CRASHLIGHT®.
Canceling CRASHLIGHT®
- Open your Google Play Store App
- Tap Menu and select Subscriptions
- Tap on your ESR App Subscription
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Please note that uninstalling the ESR app does not end your CRASHLIGHT® subscription.
