When should I file a bug report?
File a bug report if you continue to experience an issue with the ESR app or services.
Submitting a report
Please limit each submission to one issue. Make sure to include steps to reproduce the issue and attach any necessary information, such as screenshots and a description of the error. This allows us to effectively distribute information to specific ESR engineers and we’ll contact you if we need more information.
- Provide clear and concise steps to reproduce the issue.
- Describe a reproducible test case, if possible.
- Provide screenshots and or a video showing the issue.
- Be sure to include your profile handle or username to expedite our investigation process. After reviewing your report we may ask for additional files, which you can attach in a follow-up email.

To submit a bug or feedback open the EatSleepRIDE app and go to Go Ride > Settings > Get Support, or drop us a line at feedback@EatSleepRIDE.com (we read everything).
